30-Day Return Policy
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date, as confirmed by tracking information. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition (free of damage, odors, or alterations), with all tags attached, and in undamaged original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory for all returns.
To request a return, email us at w.a.r.weareresistance@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns must be shipped to: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS] within 7 days of receiving the label. Unauthorized returns or items received outside this timeframe will be rejected and not refunded. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and report any defects, damages, or incorrect items within 48 hours by emailing w.a.r.weareresistance@gmail.com with photos and order details. Failure to notify us within this period may result in denial of your claim. We will assess the issue and, if validated, provide a resolution (repair, replacement, or refund) at our discretion. Claims of damage due to customer mishandling or normal wear will not be honored.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances: perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, personal care items (e.g., beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are also final sale. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items deemed unsellable due to customer use or neglect. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, return the original purchase per this policy. Once the return is received and approved, place a new order for the desired item. Availability of replacement items is not guaranteed.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason, subject to applicable EU consumer laws. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, with tags attached, and in undamaged original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Returns not meeting these standards or submitted after 14 days will be rejected. Shipping costs for EU returns are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval or denial within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, excluding original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are contingent on the item meeting all policy requirements. If denied, the item may be returned to you at your expense or disposed of if unclaimed within 30 days. If a refund is not reflected after 15 business days from approval, contact us at w.a.r.weareresistance@gmail.com with proof of approval—delays due to banks or payment processors are not our responsibility.
